Privacy Policy - Collection and Use of Personal Information
Processing of personal data
In connection with your purchase of services or services at Port of Romo, a number of personal data may be exchanged, including in particular

- Your address
- Your e-mail address
- Your phone number
These personal data are processed in connection with the processing of your goods / services purchase or upon the conclusion of a contract, as necessary in order for us to fulfill our part of the deal / contract.
TV surveillance
You must be aware that TV surveillance is carried out on Port of Romo areas. We do this for security and crime prevention reasons. The surveillance is signpostet, and only the relevant persons at Port of Romo have access to the video recordings. The recordings will only be reviewed if there are suspected crimes or other security incidents.
TV surveillance is active 24 hours a day. Port of Romo has made security measures in order to protect the recordings from unauthorized access. Recordings that do not constitute a suspected crime are deleted after 30 days.
When a criminal offense is found, this is reported to the police and the recordings are passed on to the police for further investigation. When the investigation is completed or when the police request it, the recordings are deleted.
Privacy Policy
Regardless of whether we process your personal information for the performance of a contract or on the basis of your consent, we will always process your personal information securely and confidently in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when that purpose is met or is no longer relevant.
According to the Accounting Act, everything regarding Accounting and billing are saved for 5 years.
